Donna Volpe, M. Ed., M.A., CCC-SLP

Donna Volpe began her career in special education in 2005 as a Speech Pathologist for the Ramsey School District and is now the Director of Special Education. She has spent time working with families from birth to adulthood in their homes, in schools, and in public spaces. Her focus with clients is on self-advocacy, independence, and augmentative communication in the community.

Ms. Volpe earned her BA in Linguistics at Montclair State University, her MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Montclair State University, and her MA in Educational Leadership at William Paterson University. She is currently a doctoral student in the Teacher Education Teacher Development at Montclair State University with a focus on disability studies. Mrs. Volpe is also an adjunct professor for the Master in Special Education (MASE) Program at Ramapo College. Outside of work, Donna loves to collaborate with families and runs a successful private practice. In her spare time, she loves to read, run, spend time with her husband and 3 grown children as well as volunteer as a coach for Special Olympics, New Jersey.
